This jelly brings the whole amino acid profile of BCAAs to a whole new level, enabling you to recover fully after a workout. Enjoy a guilt-free indulgence that helps you achieve your fitness and muscle-building objectives.

Ingredients

  • Handful preferred fresh fruit (cut up into bite size pieces)
  • 1.5 scoops Clear Whey Isolate
  • 350-400 ml (11-13 fl. oz.) water
  • 1 heaped tsp agar Ice cube tray

Method

  1. In a pan, combine water and Clear Whey Isolate. Whisk well until the mixture is smooth, ensuring there are no lumps and add the agar agar.

  3. Keep stirring the mixture and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. While simmering, add your fruit to the ice tray mold. Then, remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Carefully pour the jelly mixture on top of the fruit in the ice tray mold. Place them in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set and firm up.
  5. Pop-out your jelly bite and enjoy!
